The NEW Avenue Awards

The Avenue of the Americas Association is proud to announce the eighth year of its member recognition program with a new set of award categories.

To qualify as a nominee, the building owner, Management Company or tenant must conduct business on the Avenue of the Americas corridor from Franklin Street in the Tribeca district to 59th Street in Midtown.

SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS:

This award recognizes a building or tenant who adopts or develops sustainable practices in their building/space. This includes projects that reduce emissions and/or energy use as well as certifications/achievements received. Examples include: LEED Certification, LEED RE-Certification, Energy Star Label (75 pts or greater), CoGen plant, HVAC Retrofits, lighting retrofits, elevator retrofits, water reduction, window film installation and/or energy curtailment.

TENANT AWARDS: Architectural Achievement (over 25,000 SF)

This Award recognizes a tenant whose space is greater than 25,000 square feet who has accomplished a unique interior architectural achievement.

TENANT AWARDS: Architectural Achievement (under 25,000 SF)

This Award recognizes a tenant whose space is less than 25,000 square feet who has accomplished a unique interior architectural achievement.

TENANT AWARDS: Engineering Innovation Design

This Award recognizes a tenant who has accomplished a unique engineering achievement.

LANDLORD AWARDS: Architectural Achievement

This Award recognizes a landlord who has recently completed a renovation on their property including interior and/or exterior projects.

AVENUE ARCHITECTS AWARD:

This Award recognizes Architecture firms located on the Avenue as well as Architecture firms who have recently completed projects on the Avenue. These projects include interior and/or exterior projects.
